Microcraft - Minecraft GB Edition
This is a fan to fan Minecraft Demake :)
--------------------------------------------------------------------
The year is 1999, you come home after school, so do you get your GameBoy and play the biggest game of the moment... MINECRAFT GB EDITION
--------------------------------------------------------------------
-- Inspiration: --
My biggest inspiration in this project it's the Console Versions and Beta Minecraft, where the limited hardwares actually made a unlimited game!
This game it's not complete, here's the list of future plans:
- Creative Mode ✔
- Menu
- Save and Load
- CaveGame Mode (first minecraft version) ✔ (it's done, but don't implemented)
- Survival Mode
- More mobs
- Minigames Mode
- Cave System
- Nether Dimension
- Multiplayer survival
- Redstone
- The end Dimension
Not tested in a actual hardware, but in theory it will work in it
Made in GB Studio
Controls in Creative mode:
Very simple :)
A | Use Item |
B | Place Block |
D-Pad | Move Steve |
Select | Change Item in inventory |
Select + Up/Down | Change Music |
Select + Left/Right | Change Item in inventory (too) |
Seed Screen:
How Seed works?
> So, because of the gameboy limits, the seed just make a sum of all character, so the seed "12" it's the same of "3" and seed "145" it's the same of "A" (a=10, b=11...)
Pigs will just walk around... 🐽oink
A Special thanks for...
🎶Bitcrunched🎵 for Music's in 8-bit version
🖌Goonmize✏ for Title Screen
This can be played on mobile btw
The supporter version doesn't have any change in gameplay, just a "sticker" saying supporter
And the last note is....
Maybe I have to change the name of this project to Microcraft

very cute, i kinda like seeing the generation in real time (prob cus it cant be faster?) and bitcrunched did a great job on music :3
Yeah, this is the faster generation that I could do on the Gameboy (I'll still try to optimize it to make it faster *sonic spin sound here* ), but btw I'm happy you liked it :D
this is cool and functional, the music gave me goosebumps hearing it in gabeboy style
